I received this letter immediately after our loss in the Court of Appeal, Kathleen Dare had become our lawyer after being referred tous at a Brisbanesuburban law firm by a Barrister Mr Tom Somers who then represented us throughout these proceedings.
The evidence of irrefutable cronyismthat Mr Tom Somers colluded with Justice Peter Lyons, Lexon Insurance and Benjamin Cohen from Bartley Cohen is unconscionable. The swindle is on a level that is a fictional author would have difficulty dreaming up. Kathleen Dare knew we were suffering financially and insisted on receiving another $50,000 after billing us $20,000 immediately after our loss in the Supreme Court.
I vomit when I view advertisements for ambulance chasing lawyers looking for business.
